Information and Guidelines:

Sponsors are securing packages for the Central Florida Juneteenth festival taking place 08/2022 (exact date TBA) & 10/30/2022.

Sponsors can attend both days of the event and set up both days of the event.

All sponsors must be in place by 11:30 am and dismantle is permitted after 7:00 pm on days of events.

Sponsors must provide your own table and chairs. 10x10 canopy tents are permitted.

Sponsors can sell approved items/services and pass out approved flyers, coupons, or other promotional materials.

Sponsor packages are non-refundable but in the case a sponsor cannot attend, their package can be transferred to another vendor for the same event.

Sponsors are responsible for the clean-up of their station
